This projector is about the size of a smartphone and is highly portable. It has a full range of input ports and can be connected to iOS and Android smartphones, allowing you to set up a classroom anywhere or project images/videos while on a field trip.
A small handheld camera that can be used to take full 360° images. The Ricoh Theta 360° Camera can record video and stream directly to livestreaming platforms. See our full guide to 360° photography (you will need to login to MyCity to view this guide).

A small, easy to use camera that can record images and videos.
A combination rotating mount for a tablet and a microphone that will track and record lecturers as they move around the classroom. The Swivl records both video and audio and can track 360° horizontally and has limited vertical tracking.
A virtual reality headset that uses a smartphone as the display. Simply run any VR software on the phone and then slide it into the VR Box. We have 2 of these devices available.
A VR headset to be used with Samsung Galaxy phones. It features built in controls to allow interactivity.
Android can be used to play games.
An armband that detects muscle movement in the arm, allowing you to control devices with hand gestures. For example, you can use the wave of a hand to move through slides in a PowerPoint presentation, or, tilt your hand to control a drone, as shown in this video showing real life applications for the Myo Armband.
A pen that will automatically digitize your writing and drawings. The LiveScribe 3 Smartpen requires specialized paper to work - we have notebooks of this paper available or can print you off individual sheets.

Gimbals are stands that allow you to stabilise your phone or tablet at a particular angle while you are recording videos. You can borrow these stands in a range of sizes to fit mobiles and tablets. For extra stability, they can be attached to a tripod or monopod. Monopods are similar to tripods but very lightweight and portable, with fold out feet.
At first BB-8 looks like a cool toy but he is also fun way of learning to code. By using the Sphero Edu app, you can programs BB-8's movement, coloured lights and noises. You can set up program loops that can use triggers from a variety of sensor data. The app and Sphero Edu website are design to introduce complete beginners to coding and feature a block programming system as well as writing complex code in JavaScript.
