To give you an idea of the support we offer, we have, for example:

Redesigned Canvas courses to improve staff and student experience in terms of consistency, design, navigation and functionality.
Helped staff to collaborate, reduce workload, and improve workflow processes using OneDrive and MS Teams.
Aided staff in transferring existing teaching materials and activities online.
Collaborated closely with lecturers on how to creatively engage students online using tools such as Wakelet, OneNote, Zoom, and H5P.
Delivered one-on-one and team training sessions for assessment based applications such as Canvas Assignments, Rubrics and Grading, Canvas Quizzes, Turnitin, Zoom and Microsoft Forms.
