OVERVIEW
All food allergies or intolerances are identified in the Participants pre-activity personal information form
All staff review the dietary preferences of all participants prior to the commencement of the program
Participants who have disclosed Anaphylaxis (or other serious food allergy) are identified (including allergic food triggers)
As far as possible any foods identified by participants as allergy triggers are removed and/or clearly identified to participants.
Where potential allergic triggers are present, the Guide monitors food handling to minimise risk of cross contamination
Food handling equipment that has been used to handle allergic triggers is cleaned thoroughly prior to reuse
