In order to process your remuneration in a timely manner it is CRITICAL that you complete your timesheet in XERO.
Hours of work will be vary greatly depending on the program we are running, weather conditions, client abilities, other site users and unforeseen circumstances.
You will be paid monthly to the bank account nominated by you.
MyAdventure Group will make superannuation payments on your behalf in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992.
Your remuneration will be reviewed at the completion of the 3-month probation period and/or may be increased at the employer’s discretion.

In line with the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011, MyAdventure Group will provide you with appropriate PPE to conduct your duties. If you chose to use your own PPE, MyAdventure Group will pay you an allowance of $5.00 per day.
MyAdventure Group will reimburse you for pre-approved expenses incurred in the performance of your duties. In order to be reimbursed you must provide a copy of the receipt with your payslip.
If you are required to use your own vehicle between base camp and work location, MyAdventure Group will pay you 78 cents per kilometer travelled.
You are entitled to leave in accordance with the National Employment Standards.
As a Casual position under the miscellaneous award you will be paid at the penalty rate of 250% of minimum wage.
In line with the Miscellaneous Award (2010), the following penalty rates may apply to your employment:
Sunday Pay:
All work performed by a casual employee on Sunday (which is not overtime) will be paid at a minimum of 175% of the relevant minimum wage.
Outside Normal Hours:
All work you perform as a casual employee outside the hours of 7.00 am and 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday which is not overtime, will be paid at a minimum of 145% of the relevant minimum wage.
