Everything you need to know to conduct a harness and helmet breifing.
Identify and loosened the size adjustment strap (back-strap at rear)
Orient the Helmet with the label to front and the back-strap to the rear
Locate the brim of the Helmet 2 finger widths above the eyebrows
Adjust and secure the size adjustment strap (black strap at rear)
Adjust the 2 tri-glide buckles (V shaped) to position the buckle under the earlobe
Secure and adjust the chin strap; adjust tension to allow 2 fingers between chin strap and neck
Check that Helmet is still located 2 fingers above the eyebrows
Gently twist, shake and move the head to check for correct fitting; adjust if movement occurs
Loosen all buckles; orient the attachment loop to the front
Step into Harness and locate waist strap and leg loops correctly
Waist strap is located between the lowest rib and the top of the hip bone
The attachment loop is located directly above the navel - belly button
Adjust waist strap and leg loop tension so that a flat hand can be passed through but a closed fist cannot
Excess tail is secured with elastic straps
The comfort strap is adjusted and secured to hold the leg loops in the correct position whilst standing
