Congratulations to the members of the Southwest Queens Class for winning the MPS Office of Black Student Achievement (OBSA) district debate championship! The event was held Friday, May 30th at Southwest and won in convincing fashion by Southwest. Way to go, Queens Class!!
SWHS Parents/Guardians – WE NEED YOU! The 2025 Senior Overnight Party can’t happen without your time, energy, and support—we are still in need of overnight volunteers! This isn’t just fun for the teens—spend the night with a great crew of volunteers and help us create a fun, memorable, and safe experience for our graduating seniors. Parents/guardians of freshmen and sophomores are especially encouraged to sign up for a shift—it’s a great way to see what this tradition is all about.
