At Tuesday night’s girls varsity basketball game at Roosevelt, Southwest Laker Lehla Gaulden broke the all time SW basketball career rebounding record - surpassing the old record of 732. Lehla is also the all time SW single season rebounding record holder - she broke her own record this year and is currently at 403 for the season, which also leads the state of Minnesota rebounding leader board! Coach Froelich said, "Lehla is truly the best high school rebounder I’ve ever seen play and SW has been lucky enough to have her on our team!" Lehla plays in her last home game at SW tonight (Friday) at 7 p.m. She will be honored before the game for her accomplishments.
If you can't make next Monday's game at Washburn, you can see it free online. Go Lakers!
