Friday, December 20 was BLAST Day at Southwest. BLAST stands for Be Loving and Sharing Together. It is a day where the focus of our energy is on giving back. Here are some Laker students and staff out in our community.

Registration season is approaching, and we want to inform families about what IB is, what IB options are available, and how families can best position their students for success in IB classes during high school. All families are welcome, but families of 9th and 10th graders may find the greatest value as they prepare for the future.

Come enjoy an evening with friends and see our performing arts students shine as they take the stage. Over the years, the proceeds from this event have helped us purchase new choir risers, band and guitar instruments, a Marley dance floor, musical licenses, costumes, guest artists, theatre sets, and more. Whether you are a current Southwest family, a friend of the community, or a Southwest alum family, we hope you can join us as we celebrate 22 years of excellence in the performing arts.
