Second semester starts on Monday, January 27. We have informed students that schedule changes will only be made for schedule gaps, missing core classes, and duplicate classes. Students will not be allowed to change electives for other electives out of pure preference. The schedule was built, teachers hired, and supplies purchased based on the electives students have previously chosen. Students should make sure to review their schedules found in the student portal. There may be slight differences in class schedules from the beginning of the year based on the need to balance class sizes. Thank you for understanding. Go Lakers

Come enjoy an evening with friends and see our performing arts students shine as they take the stage. Over the years, the proceeds from this event have helped us purchase new choir risers, band and guitar instruments, a Marley dance floor, musical licenses, costumes, guest artists, theatre sets, and more. Whether you are a current Southwest family, a friend of the community, or a Southwest alum family, we hope you can join us as we celebrate 22 years of excellence in the performing arts.

Our JV and Varsity Girls play Duluth East that evening, and pathway families can get free admission and free popcorn. The popcorn is compliments of the Southwest PTSA. Come on out and support the Lakers and enjoy community with our pathway friends, neighbors, and future Lakers!
As a reminder, here are our Southwest Electronic Devices Guidelines.
The start of a new semester is a great time for a reminder and expectation refresher.
