What We Know So Far

• In October, a Google form was distributed for seniors for their cap/gown and diploma information. They found it in Google Classroom, it was talked about in class, and it is hanging around the school. This form is to request their cap and gown size (height and weigh). It is to also request their middle name on their diploma. Their legal name will be on their diploma. The form will ask if they want no middle name, middle name first initial, or full middle name. The deadline to submit is the beginning of December. After this point, if the student did not fill out the form, only their first and last name will appear on the diploma. And, staff will be guessing on their height and weight. We know our students so we usually come in really close. If not, extra sizes are ordered and an exchange can be made after the caps and gowns are picked up.

• We have very limited graduation information from the district office regarding ceremony tickets. We do know that tickets will be very limited. We will not know the exact number per student for some time yet. We encourage families to not solidify plans with family members until the exact number has been released by the district office.
