What We Know So Far
Diplomas have been ordered. Every student has one ordered. The name is based off of the form that each student filled out for themselves in October.
Caps and gowns have been ordered. Every student has one ordered. Sizes are based off of the form that each student filled out for themselves in October.
We have very limited graduation information from the district office regarding ceremony tickets. We do know that tickets will be very limited. We will not know the exact number per student for some time yet. We encourage families to not solidify plans with family members until the exact number has been released by the district office.
Southwest will have more information for the ceremony at the end of March. We will send this information via mail before spring break.

April 15 @ 11 am - Senior Meeting, SWHS Auditorium to talk about how to finish out the year and graduation ceremony
May 12 @ 6:30 pm - Senior Awards Night
May 29 - Last day for Seniors/Senior Picnic at Pershing
May 29 - Senior Overnight Party, 9:30 pm - 4:30 am
June 2 @ 9 am - Graduation rehearsal and cap/gown/ticket pick-up. This is mandatory. Southwest High School, West Gym, seniors only
June 6 @ 7 pm - Graduation Ceremony at Royalston Square
