Have a think about how you feel right now, are you happy about some things? Are you sad about some things?
Think about these things in your life that are making you feel this way? Can you control these things or can you not control them.
Using the activity sheet, write down draw a picture of all the things you can control in the middle of the circle. These are the things that you can focus on and that you can change.
Next, write down or draw a picture of all the things that you cannot control. These are the things that you can not worry about because they are out of your control.
This all helps you to have a healthy mind!
We can't control some things in our lives and these things can sometimes make us feel stressed, sad, or even angry.
Learning how to deal with these emotions is an important step in keeping a healthy mind.

Another way we can relax is through mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness meditation does not always involve sitting down. We can use movement as a way to anchor our mind in the present moment.
Watch this video and follow the instructions to meditate.
*Listening to relaxing music is also a great way to be calm, and can even help you work harder!!
