Watch Ms Jom read the Caterpillar's diary and take notice of all the non-fiction text features she goes through as she reads.
Then fill in the classification activity by cutting and pasting the pictures and words into the correct coloumns.

You are walking along the beach and you find something buried in the SAND, write a story about what you found buried in the sand.
Think about what will you do with it? Are the any other characters with you in the story? Is it treasure or something important someone has lost?
Have a go at writing a story with a beginning, middle and end.
We would like you to focus today on using 'Wow words' to make your writing more interesting to the reader.
