Tamaire colouring sheet
This week, we will be learning about スポーツの日 (Suportsu no hi )
Sports Day (10th October: 2nd Monday in October).
1.Watch the video to learn about Sports Day.
2. Watch Video 2&3 to learn how to play たまいれTamaire.
3. Play たまいれTamaire at home.
You can use balls or rolled up socks with any basket.
4. Join the Meet with Sensei to learn more about Tamaire.
5. (Watch video 4 if you want to make a harder version of Origami Usagi.)
6. (Colouring Sheet of たまいれTamaire if you like)
7. Post picture/video of you playing たまいれTamaire or other events on Seesaw.

How to play たまいれ Tamaire
Origami Usagi
Your task: To create a memory or special moment in a jar inspired by Deborah Marcero
What you will need:
Paper, coloured pencils or textas, grey lead pencil,
Steps:
Step 1. Watch and listen to a YouTube Video - ‘In a Jar’ by Deborah Marcero
Step 2. You can make your jar any shape and you can draw whatever you like in it. Perhaps you want to capture Spring. Maybe a holiday spot, or your favourite nature area you like sharing with family.
Step 3. Remember to capture moments or memories that make you happy or mean something special to you.
Step 4. Start by drawing a jar, it can be any shape (refer to examples). Outline your jar in black texta.
Step 5. In pencils, draw your special moment or memory, and then begin colouring. Use pencils or textas to colour in your memory or moment you capture in the jar.
Step 6. Take a photo and submit it via Seesaw.
Optional - Instead of drawing on paper, you can draw in Seesaw using the Art tools or alternatively an online drawing app.
