Listen to Ms Johnson read 'The Deep Blue Sea'. As you listen take note of how the story has sentences of different lengths and how it makes the story more interesting.
Listen and watch again, this time see if you notice the different lengths of some of the sentences.
Now use the worksheet 'different lenghts' to write sentences of different lengths about one topic and draw a picture for the new sentences you created.
