Before listening, think about the title of this book 'Plant Traps'. What type of plants do you think this book is about?
While listening, take note of how the photos help you to understand how plants trap their food. Have these photos been taken up close or from a long way away? How do you know? What can the close-up photos show that you would not usually be able to see in real life?
After listening, reflect on the most interesting or unusual fact you learned about plant traps that you could share with a friend. What questions do you have about plants with traps?
Write down 1 unusual fact you learnt and 1 question you still have about plants with traps.
