This week is Footy Fever week so we are going to have some fun with Footy Theme songs! If you don't have an AFL team that you follow now is your chance to pick one that you like!

Your task: To video yourself singing and/or dancing to your club's theme song!

Steps:

Find your team's song below,
Dress up in your team colours or your footy jumper
Video yourself singing or dancing along to your team song!
Post your video to Seesaw CLASS!

Copy of Japanese - AFL Teams

Make your AFL Team name in Japanese!

Your Task

Print and add each letter to make your favorite AFL team name in Japanese.

Steps:

Go through the slides of the AFL team names in Japanese.
Find your favourite team and print it out.
Cut and paste each letter onto the line to make your team name in Japanese. You can add more pictures of your favorite players and decorate your page too.
Post your page on Seesaw.

Design a new AFL team uniform!

P-2 Footy Design template

Your task:

To design a new uniform for the proposed Tasmanian AFL team.

What you will need:

A copy of the blank uniform sheet, pencils/textas

Steps:

Step 1. Watch the video showing you the 2020 home guernsey for the current teams.

Step 2. Think about a logo for the new Tasmanian AFL team. What would be a good choice? Is there an animal or landmark in Tasmania that inspires you? Think about what the other teams are: Sydney Swans, Brisbane Lions, Geelong Cats, Hawthorn Hawks, West Coast Eagles

Step 3. Think about the colour choices for your Gurnsey design. Remember to limit your colour choices to 2 or 3.

Step 4. Remember that it is important to make the new Tasmania team unique and different from all the other teams.

Step 5. Take a photo of your work and post it to Seesaw
