This week we will be looking at the work of Surrealist Artist Joan Miro. Surrealism is a movement in art that began in the 1920's by writers and artist and it's focus was on dreams. Joan Miro's artwork uses whimsical lines and shapes to express a magical dream like world of surreal animals and landsapes.
