Please be prepared to answer the 10 Questions about your assigned character for the duet scenes you will be working on for the next few weeks.



For Tuesday, 4/16:

Quiz on the article, "Character building and what makes a truly great actor". You will need to know the ten questions Dee Cannon outlines and be able to paraphrase the explanation behind each question.



For Thursday, 4/11:

Complete the male character worksheet for class. You will present in class tomorrow with Ms. Kolb in the order listed below.

  • Creating an object in pantomime
    • Visualize the object. See it in your mind.
    • Approach the object. Move toward it.
    • Take the object. Make contact with it.
    • Tell the audience its location, size, shape, weight.
    • Release the object. Let go.
