Onsites, Work Orders, and RMA

We primarily deal with three types of work order requests:

• Onsite Requests: Troubleshooting, equipment requests, installations, etc. that require an onsite visit by a technician in the Atlanta office.

• Equipment Work Order: Replacement of equipment with a client is not on the SAS program. Equipment comes from Atlanta office. 

• Equipment RMAs: Replacements of Partnertech supplied equipment when a client is on the SAS program.
