**Receipt Appearances:** Click on the "Receipt Appearances" button. The "Receipt Appearances" dialog box is displayed with the "Headers and Footers" tab selected by default.

The bottom portion is used for the receipt footers, located at the bottom of the guest check. There are formatting options for left-aligning, center-aligning, right-aligning, and bolding the letters. Configure the headers and footers for the guest check receipt using the provided options for formatting and alignment.
**Advanced:** This section is used to add a custom footer by profit center on the guest check receipt. Utilize this section to add a custom footer for specific profit centers on the guest check receipt.
