These models are at a standard for Higher Graphics CAD tasks. You will complete some of them through the Higher Graphics course but there is nothing to stop you doing them before then... Try them in Inventor or Onshape.
Some of the models are single parts and some of them are assemblies.
There are 5 categories, try to complete at least 2 from each:
Make sure you read the hints in the top right corner to see what type of modelling techniques might be needed to complete them.

Extruded parts
Complete any 2 models but at least one must be an assembly.
Swept Parts
Do the box first, then pick one other
Revolved Parts
Although these parts are made from a revolved element you will need to use other techniques too. Make sure you look at the help videos (for Inventor or Onshape) if you are not sure how to add these elements.
Complete the rocket and one other model.
Lofted Parts
Complete the turbine blade, then pick one other
Parts with a Helix
Complete any two models
