Tanaka's Grain Hardness Tester

Grain hardness is one of the quality characteristics of rice. The measurement method of this instrument is to clamp the target grain on the measuring table and use the upper knob to pressurize the grain until it breaks. Then, the hardness value can be obtained. It is a destructive measurement tool.
