穀粒橫斷器
儀器主要由三層結構組成，上下為孔版固定米粒，中間一層為可活動刀片，可橫切穀粒以檢視穀粒白堊質。
This instrument is composed of three structural layers designed for precisely cross-sectioning rice grains to examine their starchy endosperm composition.
The top and bottom layers contain perforated plates that securely hold the grains in place, preventing movement during the cutting process. The middle layer houses a movable blade, which slices through the grains in a uniform cross-section, allowing for detailed observation of endosperm opacity and chalkiness.
本装置は三層構造で構成されており、米粒の横断面を正確に切断し、白亜質（胚乳の不透明度）を観察するための器具である。
上下の層には穴の開いた固定プレートが設置され、穀粒をしっかりと保持し、測定時のブレを防ぐ。中央の層には可動式の刃が備わっており、穀粒を均一に横切り、胚乳の白亜質の状態を詳しく観察することができる。
