穀粒縱斷器
切割穀粒時用，兩儀器差別在於穀粒切割方向不同。將穀粒平放在儀器頂部平面孔洞中，用可旋轉刀片將其縱切，可從斷面觀察種子結構以判斷生長狀況。
This instrument is used for cutting grains, with the main difference from the Grain Cross-Section Cutter being the cutting direction.
To operate, the grains are placed flat into the perforated slots on the top surface of the instrument. A rotatable blade then longitudinally slices through the grains, allowing for cross-sectional observation of the internal seed structure. This helps in assessing seed development and growth conditions by examining internal characteristics such as endosperm uniformity and potential defects.
本装置は穀粒の切断に使用され、穀粒横断器との主な違いは切断方向である。
穀粒を装置上部の平面にある孔に水平に配置し、回転式の刃を用いて縦方向に切断することで、種子内部の構造を観察することができる。この断面観察により、胚乳の均一性や発育状態を確認し、成長過程の評価が可能となる。
