This week, we are going to start thinking about kindness, to start getting prepared for the Great Kindness Challenge next week!

1) All grades, listen to this story: Kindness is My Superpower

2) Then, find your grade and complete the activity:

  • K-1: Draw a picture of a time you showed kindness to somebody!

  • 2-4: Create an "I Am" Picture.

3) End by listening to The Reflection in Me. As you listen, think about the importance of being kind to yourself so that you can also be kind to others! Think of one way you can be kind to yourself this week.
