Careers in virtual reality, or VR, include jobs in film and gaming as well as positions in the sciences and medical imaging fields. In gaming, your duties involve utilizing existing or innovating new technology to create 3D simulations and immersive environments for users. You may use motion-tracking software to capture the movements of actual people which are then rendered in 3D for a game or video.
