Late Arrivals & Departures

S1-S5 students are expected to remain on site from 8.15-15.45 (12.35 on Wednesdays, see above). 

Signing IN and OUT

Any secondary student who needs to leave the site (due to illness or a medical appointment, for example) should sign themselves in or out at Reception. If they arrive at 08.15, but have a study period, they also need to sign in at Reception. Parents must give authorisation for students under the age of 18 being off-site during the school day. 

S6 and S7 students are permitted to arrive later or leave earlier on days when they have a free period in the morning or in the afternoon. It is very important that they sign in or out at Reception in this case. It is not permitted to leave and return during the middle of the day except for medical appointments. If they arrive at 08.15, but have a study period, they also need to sign in at Reception.

Students arriving or leaving at irregular times must go to Reception to sign in or out.
