Asthma Policy

Parents of pupils who have asthma are required to notify the school of details of their child’s condition by means of the medical form – specifically whether medication is required and whether the child is permitted to carry their own inhaler.

Inhalers and any spacers must be clearly named.

A spare inhaler must be provided to be kept in the classroom.
