Week 7

Learning Intention:

Students will aim to draw a cake or cakes of their choice.

Students will aim to think about the colour choice, shape and form of the cake.

Would they like the cake to be placed on a cake stand, cupcakes drawn in repeat, a slice of cake on a plate or even cakes on a table for a party?

Making and creating steps

- Complete this task in your Art sketch book

- Use a grey lead pencil to draw the cake of your choice.

- When you have finished creating the cake, use coloured pencil, pastel or texta to colour it in and make it ‘POP’.

- Add icing, cherries or sprinkles as a point of interest.

- Have fun.

Success Criteria:

I can draw a cake.

I can use colour to complete my cake.
