Learning Intention:
Students will aim to create a track using recycled cardboard. They can be as creative as they like. The track can be for cars, horses or whatever they like.
Making and creating steps
- Collect some cardboard boxes from the supermarket.
- Ask your Mum, Dad or carer for some help to cut up the cardboard to create the roads and bridges
- Sticky tape all the card together to create the road, bridges and ramps.
- Draw the lines of the road onto the card, create stop and go signs, create some traffic lights, make some trees for the side of the road. This is your track, so be as creative as you like.
Success Criteria:
I can create a track.
I can draw lines and shapes onto the cardboard.
I can create a road, ramp or bridge.
