Term 3 Week 6
Learning Intention
Students will create an art work demonstrating movement.
Success Criteria
I can draw animals on lined paper to show movement.
I can draw lightly enough so that I can erase parts that I need to hide.
Making and Creating steps
· Have a piece of lined paper and grey lead ready to start.
· Choose an animal that could be weaving in and out of an object (eg snakes on branches, fish through seaweed).
· Draw the whole animal very lightly so that it passes over several rows of lines.
· Draw the same animal at least 3 or 4 times on the page.
· Use an eraser to rub out some of the lines to create movement.
· Use coloured pencils to add colour to your work.
