Culture Amp Unveils the Top 25 Emerging Culture Creators for 2025

One of our goals at Culture Amp is to celebrate the leaders and innovators in our industry who are transforming organizational culture and inspiring a better world of work.

We’re thrilled to bring back the Emerging Culture Creators list for 2025 and invite your nominations! This is a chance to shine a light on the industry’s change-makers. Last year was our inaugural list and a handful of our current and former chapter leads had the honor of making this list (e.g. Gary Ware, Sarah Giencke, Andra Vaduva, Emily Goodson)

Just because someone is part of one chapter doesn’t mean they shouldn’t join other events—especially topic-based ones like our new Global Trauma (Sarah Giencke + Natalia Bayurova), Mental Health and Neurodiversity at Work (Stephanie Loredo), and soon-to-launch Psychedelics at Work and Founders chapters.
