This project's purpose was to shed light on women's self defense. Our society has become a dangerous place for girls and women who aren't self aware. There are misconceptions and false information that have been shared that can lead to unsafe environments. With this project, it is my hope that you can take away the important history for women's self defense and the skills/tools that can support you throughout your life.
