Hotel stay guidelines apply to any travel with overnight stays for Concordia students.

ASSIGNMENT CONTRACT

This form is an agreement between the athlete and the school for completion of work while away on a school trip. Take a picture for your records before submitting this form.

Deadline: 48 hours prior to departure. Submit to divisional office.
