This After-School Activity (ASA) offers a balanced combination of movement and mindfulness, promoting both physical well-being and mental relaxation. Sessions will include engaging activities such as cardio exercises, stretching, and walking. Each session will conclude with a mindfulness practice to help students unwind and refocus.
