Thunder Academy is a new developmental sports program for grades 4 and 5. We will meet at the same time as After School Activities, but Thunder Academy will take place on both Tuesday and Thursday to offer more opportunities for skills development. because of this, students participating in this program are not able to participate in other session 2 activities.

Mindfulness and Well-being

This ASA offers students a chance to take a break from their busy day and get involved in mindfulness. Activities include journalling, mindful coloring, stretching, breathing activities and more.

Girls' Club

This club is for GIRLS only! It will be a great time sharing and taking care of each other with different activities such as nail design, hair style making, tea time and more!

Coding and Robotics

Learn how to code using block coding apps like Scratch and Made with Code. Program robots to complete obstacle courses. Learn all of this and more in the Coding and Robotics ASA. This ASA is perfect for beginners and advanced coders.

Extreme Dot to Dot

Exercise your left and right brain at the same time with complex dot to dot puzzles. The puzzles range from 300 to over 1,400 dots. You will also work on your counting, mapping and concentration skills.

Stop Motion Animation Lab

Stop Motion Animation Lab is an opportunity for young movie makers to be creative and experiment by designing and filming their own stop motion videos. In this ASA, children will outline a short story line, design and build a set, and record a stop motion video.
