Art engages children's senses in open-ended play and supports the development of cognitive, social-emotional and multi-sensory skills. For this ASA, students will be creating different art works using different mediums like watercolors, acrylic paints, and pastels. They will also have the opportunity to follow drawing tutorials.

Let your imagination run wild and have fun with your friends during this free-play ASA. We have building materials, play dough, toys, puzzles and more!

Snack, Homework, and Movie Time

During this ASA, we will start by working on homework and reading independently, so bring your homework and a book (or enjoy a book from the 3A classroom). We will spend the second half of our time watching a movie. If you want, bring a snack to enjoy while you watch!

Vietnamese Folk Games

This ASA is all about Vietnamese folk games. Mandarin Square Capturing playing with stones is one example. You are going to explore more and have fun about traditional games with close in touch with the past.

You don't only have the opportunity to create your own creative designs, but also feel open to share your ideas with your friends. We will have painting, sketching, paper craft and other interesting activities.

MakerSpace Mania is an after-school activity that encourages students to explore their creativity by building projects of their own interest. Students have the option to either create something new or improve their computer science skills. MakerSpace Mania is the perfect opportunity for students to explore their passions, learn new skills, and make new friends.
