We will begin by helping you get a better understanding of who you are and what is important to you. We will look at the importance of teamwork and healthy relationships. Each week we will talk, and weave physical activity into our session to inspire an appreciation of fitness and help you build habits that lead to a lifetime of health both physically and emotionally. The final session on April 6th, will be an extended session going from 3 until 5 p.m. so that you can participate in a non-competitive culminating event of a 2.5k and celebration.
