STEM: Horticulture

We will be teaching STEM skills through a study of Horticulture, specifically looking at how plants provide food and nutrition. We'll take an in-depth study in water resource management, efficient land use, climate change, conservation, contamination, pollution, waste management and sustainable development. The Christmas Story

In this ASA, we will explore more of why we celebrate Christmas through reading the Bible and singing Christmas songs. Performing Instrumental Group

Students will use various instruments from the music room (xylophone, recorder, drums) to create a performing group. This group will work together to play a challenging song to be performed at the Christmas Concert.

Badminton

Badminton can be played by everyone, despite their age. Badminton is a very good sport that not only promotes physical fitness but also the social interactions of a game result in positive feelings and help you become an active member of a community. 

Every Thursday we will meet for a fun badminton club. In this club, beginners will learn the basic eye-hand coordination needed to play badminton, such as how to hold a racket and how to hit the birdie with a partner. Students who already know how to play badminton can practice further with others to improve their skills. 

Plasticine Pictures

Come and make a beautiful 3-D picture using different colors of plasticine. You will learn how to manipulate the material using your fingers and some tools to create a wonderful artistic masterpiece by the end of the session.
