Girls, are you looking for a way to be joyful, healthy and confident? Growing up is not always easy, so we will help you to build some strategies to navigate that process. We will begin by helping you get a better understanding of who you are and what is important to you. We will look at the importance of teamwork and healthy relationships. Each week we will talk, and weave physical activity into our session to inspire an appreciation of fitness and help you build habits that lead to a lifetime of health both physically and emotionally.

Readers Theater with Extra Recess

In the past, it seemed like not a single Vietnamese child who did not know such things as mandarin square capturing, bamboo jacks.These games made the kids play the whole afternoon and forgot their nap. They form groups to play and play anywhere. They laughed and shouted, the virtual noise broke the silence. A child’s childhood is associated with these village folk games.
