Thunder Academy is a developmental sports program for grades 4 and 5. We will meet at the same time as After School Activities, but Thunder Academy will take place on both Tuesday and Thursday to offer more opportunities for skills development. because of this, students participating in this program are not able to participate in other session 1 activities.

Athena in Action for girls

Girls, are you looking for a way to be joyful, healthy and confident? Growing up is not always easy, so we will help you to build some strategies to navigate that process. We will begin by helping you get a better understanding of who you are and what is important to you. We will look at the importance of teamwork and healthy relationships. Each week we will talk, and weave physical activity into our session to inspire an appreciation of fitness and help you build habits that lead to a lifetime of health both physically and emotionally. The final session on October 11th, will be a celebration with a non-competitive culminating group run.
