Thunder Academy is a developmental sports program for grades 4 and 5. We will meet at the same time as After School Activities, but Thunder Academy will take place on both Tuesday and Thursday to offer more opportunities for skills development. because of this, students participating in this program are not able to participate in other session 2 activities.

Danger Camp for Boys

This exciting ASA teaches children how to use knives and tools for artistic and practical purposes. We will teach basic whittling, using a slingshot to hit a target, and using a hammer and screwdriver. Students will be able to bring home not only their creations, but also important life skills.
Easy Sewing

Battle of the Books-BOB

Join Battle of the Books! BOB is for grades 3-5 students. If you like books, games and friendly competition then this is the ASA for you. Everyone is welcome. Participants will compete from a list of questions from a controlled list of books. Students will work in teams and need to read at least 2-3 books each. The final battle will be held on Wednesday, March 12 and will involve a field trip to UNIS. This ASA requires participation in session 2 AND session 3.
