Whether you love to sing, act, or speak on stage, joining the Spring Showcase Performers will allow you to grow as a performer and help make the Spring Showcase incredible! This activity takes place on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participating students are unable to join other activities.

In this ASA, we will make several different kinds of kites. After we make them, we will be able to fly them. Students will learn different techniques for kite making and some history about kites around the world.
Super Simple Sewing Club

In this club, students will learn the basics of hand-sewing through fun and easy projects. We will use child-friendly materials like plastic needles and soft felt to create small items. This is a great way for children to develop fine motor skills and express their creativity in a safe, relaxed environment.
Woodwork Wonders

Join our exciting woodworking club where students in Grades 3-5 will get hands-on experience creating fun and creative projects with wood! This activity encourages imagination, fine motor skills, and problem-solving as kids build unique items from start to finish. Whether cutting, assembling, or decorating, each session offers a safe, supportive space to explore woodworking and bring ideas to life. Perfect for young makers ready to discover the joy of crafting with wood!

Do you think insects are awesome? In this ASA, we will collect data about insects we observe in nature. Students will also learn to draw a variety of insects and publish a book about an insect they research.
Lego Robotics

In this ASA we will explore the world of robotics. You'll learn how to build robotic designs and then program them using simple block code to do cool things! You don't need any previous experience as full instructions will be provided.
We will be using Lego Spike Essential Robotics kits and iPads or Chromebooks. All you need to bring is your computer to each session.
