Vietnamese traditional games

Traditional Vietnamese games have played an important role in Vietnamese culture over time. These traditional games remain deeply attached to the ancestral tradition, to agriculture and the history of the country and reflect the social life and the daily life of the inhabitants. Joining Vietnamese traditional folk games in this ASA, you can experience and learn more about the traditions as well as the spiritual life of the Vietnamese.

Junior Zoology Club

In this asa class we will learn about particular animals or groups depending on the week. The class will class 45 minutes each week. There will be a discussion to showcase facts about the animals as well as photographs and short videos to showcase the animal. We will have open discussions as we learn about the anatomy, purpose of adaptions, behavior more.

Thunder Brothers

Thunder Brothers hopes to develop a brotherhood of mentoring that empowers younger boys to embrace character, leadership, and positive action.  It is designed to integrate fun and interactive activities that teach essential life skills and encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. This ASA is inspired by the passion and commitment of Callum, a sophomore student leader and athlete at CISH. Callum, who will be co-leading this ASA, is also an older brother to three siblings and envisions this ASA to provide a safe & nurturing environment where young Concordia boys can grow and thrive.

Mindful Coloring is a fun and relaxing afterschool activity. This creative session encourages students to focus on the present moment while coloring beautiful patterns and images. Not only does it spark creativity, but it also helps kids unwind, reduce stress, and develop mindfulness skills. Through coloring, students can express themselves while improving concentration and fine motor skills in a calming environment. It's the perfect balance of fun and relaxation to end the school day!
