Thunder Academy is a developmental sports program for grades 4 and 5. We will meet at the same time as After School Activities, but Thunder Academy will take place on both Tuesday and Thursday to offer more opportunities for skills development. because of this, students participating in this program are not able to participate in other session 1 activities.

Reader's Theater

In Reader's Theater, students act out stories by reading scripts based on grade-level books. Reader's Theater helps students improve their reading skills while having fun performing. It is a great way for students to practice reading aloud and work together.

American Board Games

The purpose of the American Board Games ASA is to provide students with the chance to experience a fun and relaxing time playing American board games, during which time they will be able to work on strengthening strategies and developing relationships. The club values teamwork, friendly competition, and a willingness to try new things. The goal is to unite those who are passionate about board games in the Concordia community, to provide new, different, and interesting games for those people to play, and to create an enjoyable gaming environment. Club meetings will be a friendly time to meet new people and play fun games that challenge their minds.
