There will be an 80% response rate in the annual parent satisfaction survey with the following results:
Stakeholder surveys will reflect a majority of positive comments, with parents, students, and staff expressing a strong sense of pride and belonging to the school.
There will be a 10% increase in the number of alumni who enroll their children at Colegio Menor, demonstrating a continued trust and connection to the school.
At least five alumni will be hired for various roles within the school, thereby strengthening the school’s culture and continuity.
Achieve 90% of planned community events with an increase in participation from families, students, and staff in key school events, such as open houses, community days, or cultural celebrations.
95% of parental inquiries and concerns will be addressed within 48 hours through the appropriate communication channels.
Increase the % in the Parent Satisfaction Survey corresponding to communication.
100% of parents will be informed about services available and increase their satisfaction rate by at least 10%
Parent satisfaction with bus services will increase by 15%
