COREOGRAFÍAS IS HERE!

This is truly a huge event that brings together so many moving pieces, and I want to start by saying thank you. Michi and Marti, you have been AMAZING — your dedication, attention to detail, and constant positive energy have made all the difference in supporting our students and bringing this together.

This week, we need everyone on board. Many of you will be supporting rehearsals, and others will be with us on the day of the event. In every role, what matters most is that we remain empathetic and connected to our students’ emotional state. Please continue with your planning, but consider incorporating activities that help them stay present and grounded.

If you can, take a moment to sit with them and talk about this experience. Notice how they solve problems, the time they invest, and the passion they bring to everything they do. These are powerful moments of growth.

And if, as educators, you find yourself feeling a mix of anxiety, pride, and excitement, that’s a good sign — it means you are exactly where you are meant to be. This is what it means to be part of their journey.

We are here to live, guide, and celebrate everything that being a teenager represents.
