Pencil Dance
Partners or groups of 3/4
Hold each side of the pencil
Dance while holding them
Drive a Car
One person is the car, another person is the driver.
Car closes eyes and lets the driver take it to the designated place.
First you do it in calm.
Second, you ask the driver to get from point A to point B as fast as possible.
Reflect about stress and feelings.
The Chicken Game
Stand in a circle.
Each person passes a ball to another person.
The leader adds another ball and starts a second circuit.
The leader adds a plastic "chicken" and throws it without order. The reflection is about analyzing the way we respond when unexpected things happen.
