Celebrating Moments That Matter
Celebrating Moments That Matter
We would like to recognize and applaud the thoughtful work of Belén and Ana, who have dedicated time and care to planning the activities for Belonging Week, our way of celebrating Neurodiversity Week. The Learning Support Department has been working incredibly hard to design meaningful experiences for each section, creating opportunities for our students to reflect on and celebrate what it truly means to belong in our community.
These moments help us highlight the many ways people think, learn, and experience the world, reminding us that our differences strengthen our classrooms and enrich our shared learning environment. Thank you, Belén and Ana, for the heart and intentionality you have put into creating this important space for reflection, empathy, and connection.

The email sent by Moni and Caro last week:
As we reach the midpoint of the school year, this is an important moment to pause, reflect, and realign #We Collaborate with Empathy.
Our Mid‑Year Review is more than a requirement, it’s a meaningful opportunity to think intentionally about our progress, the impact of our work, and the goals we want to focus on for the months ahead.
Back in September, we set our Annual Goals in SuccessFactors. Now is the time to look honestly at where we are:
What has worked well?
What adjustments would help us move forward?
How can we continue supporting one another and our students?
These conversations matter #We Communicate with Impact. They help us strengthen connections, make thoughtful decisions #We Make Considered Decisions, adapt when needed #We Embrace Change, and keep growing together #We Drive Growth, always with our students' experience at the center.
Please complete your Mid‑Year Review by Friday, March 27th. Your line manager will schedule a 1:1 conversation to discuss your progress by Friday, April 24th.
If you have any questions, feel free to use our Performance Review Guide.
Thank you for your dedication and for continuing to bring your best every day. Let’s make the most of this moment to reflect, learn, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
Please use this calendar to note when you will have major assignments, including progress checks, formatives, and summatives, so that we can distribute workload more intentionally and avoid overwhelming students (and ourselves). This will help us maintain a balanced assessment schedule and support students’ learning more effectively.
Thank you for your collaboration and commitment to thoughtful planning.
