Dear Team,
We truly appreciate your effort and support for complying to the INEVAL tests. I know it took a lot of time and mental energy to complete it, as well as leaving sub-plans in placed. Thank you for your great attitude to face this requirement!
Also, a big shout out to everyone who helped us cover classes, duties and dismissals. Your efforts do not go unnoticed!
Enjoy your weekend and let's celebrate Family Day as the amazing community that we are! 💛

PARTIAL EXTENSION & iSAMS COMMENTS
Dear Team,
I’m writing to let you know that we’re extending the end of the partial until November 7, to give you more time, support, and happiness!
I’m also sharing this video tutorial created by Keith, which explains how to add a comment to your report cards in iSAMS. (This applies to all of the Elementary Team)
For this partial, you’ll need to add a comment for students who received a D, E, or F. Additionally, this is where you should copy and paste the Learning Support comments for students who receive accommodations recommended by their specialists.

Teacher Assistants or Support Team will be there to guide you through the process. It is important to keep the following in mind:
Set high expectations regarding testing behavior and proper management of headphones and iPads.
Consider splitting the class in half, to reduce noise level and promote student focus (see if Makerspace or the class next door is available)
Learning Support students: talk to your specialist, since some students might benefit from separate testing setting.
Please be mindful of the devices being used (3rd grade iPads and 2nd Grade iPads New as of Wednesday)

BUZON ANÓNIMO
A Special message from Counseling:
We have set three Anonymous Box around the building for students! Please share with them, so they have more channels to report and self safe at school!
The purpose of the boxes is:
To report important situations such as seeing a child alone, witnessing a child being bothered, or observing repeated bullying or harassment towards someone.
It is important to include the full name of the person you are reporting about, but it is not necessary to provide your own name this is anonymous, to ensure everyone’s peace of mind.
Reinforce the importance of not being a bystandard and standing up for what is right through reporting: your feedback matters!
What the Anonymous Box is NOT for:
Complaints about children or teachers.
Writing about topics unrelated to these issues.

CONSCIOUS DISCIPLINE RESOURCES
Dear all,
I hope you are all doing great!
As a follow-up to our Conscious Discipline sessions and the ongoing implementation across the school, I’m happy to share that Maca, Estefy, and I have created a Conscious Discipline resource site on our intranet.
This site brings together a variety of tools and materials to support classroom practice and leadership alignment, including useful links, ideas, and specific strategies to implement in all sections.
